In the 38th minute, Leendert Looze got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebastian Toacsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Valeriani having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gică Iftimescu during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rasnita's Gică Iftimescu got a free kick in the 47th minute. Leendert Looze struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Flavius Ferenț didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Golosos. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Alex Cunea made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Leendert Looze ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavius Ferenț was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 55 minutes into the match, Los Golosos's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Cunea came free, but Aurelio Valeriani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Alex Cunea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leendert Looze's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavius Ferenț read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 66th minute Leendert Looze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavius Ferenț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavius Ferenț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leendert Looze in the 70th minute of play. A collision led to Rasnita getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Dorel Vintilescu hit a great ball. Nicolas Estevez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavius Ferenț having to make a save. Thanks to some nice moves Alex Cunea could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Aurelio Valeriani however easily saved by the left post. Rasnita's Flavius Ferenț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leendert Looze in the 90th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Los Golosos had played much better football throughout.
