Anselmo Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Alonzo Cabello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Eduardo Galvão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zarando Eguizabal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jiang Hui Guang charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jiang Hui Guang the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jiang Hui Guang hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Nacho González, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luiz Eduardo Galvão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zarando Eguizabal in the 49th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zarando Eguizabal made a kick off. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Anselmo Fantini got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nacho González stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sydney Ramalho's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Nacho González showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sydney Ramalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. With his leg Luiz Eduardo Galvão managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Astillero del Guayas's Amin Kurd fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nacho González showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Fantini in the 66th minute of the match. The supporters of Aesir FC FSCMZ booed when Astillero del Guayas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bagui Lizana didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Anselmo Fantini notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Astillero del Guayas's Nacho González. Nacho González showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Fantini in the 93rd minute of the match. Sydney Ramalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aesir FC FSCMZ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Astillero del Guayas for a fine match.
