The crowd rose to their feet as 郭俊景 kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Otávio Penha. That made the score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. MUSHIBA FC's Osvaldo Vergílio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dito Ramos in the 26th minute of play. MUSHIBA FC's 范剑源 quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Délio Brodel, made in the 30th minute of the game. César Godoi's late challenge caught a MUSHIBA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. César Godoi helped the player get up and apologised. César Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. The long shot by Amadeo Walme in the 34th minute really tested Otávio Penha's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lu Guang Hong to make the kick off. After 55 minutes, Rafa Alves made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Icoara Football Club's Otávio Penha tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Rafa Alves put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Otávio Penha. The audience was convinced that Lu Guang Hong's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Otávio Penha was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. The MUSHIBA FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
