FC Colo - Colo's David Bajger managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Philippe Declercq in the 3 minute of the game. LTA FC's Zé Bani got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 8 minutes, Zé Bani made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Colo - Colo's Viorel Bercea tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Viorel Bercea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Bani in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Bani in the 13th minute of play forced FC Colo - Colo's goalkeeper Viorel Bercea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, LTA FC's Zé Bani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Viorel Bercea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, LTA FC's Philippe Declercq got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 32nd minute, Zé Bani made a precise shot to the right of Viorel Bercea. FC Colo - Colo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 35th minute Zé Bani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viorel Bercea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viorel Bercea came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by LTA FC's Zé Bani. But to his dismay, Zé Bani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Viorel Bercea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo-Enrique Cuba in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute of the match LTA FC got a corner. FC Colo - Colo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lee Pearson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Bajger during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd minute, David Bajger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the match, FC Colo - Colo's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Bani came free, but Viorel Bercea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half LTA FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zé Bani made a kick off. Viorel Bercea was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Zé Bani capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zé Bani really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Zé Bani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Viorel Bercea made a huge save. When Pablo-Enrique Cuba came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the LTA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo-Enrique Cuba couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute, Zé Bani made a precise shot to the right of Viorel Bercea. FC Colo - Colo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 67th minute, LTA FC's Zé Bani dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. In the 70th match minute, FC Colo - Colo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Václav Štorek to maneuver through the defense. Dalmacio Ebardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Rytíř, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Viorel Bercea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Bani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, FC Colo - Colo's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Bani came free, but Viorel Bercea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute Ctibor Boček shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Ebardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of LTA FC booed when FC Colo - Colo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ctibor Boček didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zé Bani in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Viorel Bercea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. LTA FC were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after FC Colo - Colo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lee Pearson took the corner. LTA FC made a substitution. Vinicio Chan replaced Ergin Hanbeyi. Thanks to some nice moves Zé Bani could shoot a difficult shot in the 92nd minute, which Viorel Bercea however easily saved by the left post. In the 93rd minute Zé Bani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viorel Bercea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A very nice done corner allowed Philippe Declercq to score against Viorel Bercea in FC Colo - Colo's goal. 0-7 after 95 minutes.
