In the 15th match minute, Dragões Barbudos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Gomes to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Chaves came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Mesere's Luís Gustavo Pimenta. But to his dismay, Luís Gustavo Pimenta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Serafin Cernadas charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafin Cernadas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th match minute, Mesere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Cernadas to maneuver through the defense. Fernando Gomes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Cai Fei Cheng made a huge save. Daniel Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Pimenta, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. With a little luck, Mesere's Cai Fei Cheng got control of the ball when Fernando Gomes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 33rd minute Dragões Barbudos FC were awarded a corner. When Dragões Barbudos FC's Idalécio Baldaia in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mesere's goalie prevented a goal. 38 minutes into the game, Dragões Barbudos FC's Pedro Augusto Coutinho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cai Fei Cheng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Idalécio Baldaia scored 2-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cai Fei Cheng, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Fernando Gomes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cai Fei Cheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Idalécio Baldaia in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Pedro Augusto Coutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cai Fei Cheng having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteban Theodore got free with Daniel Chaves in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mesere's Cai Fei Cheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Gomes in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Gomes in the 80th minute of play forced Mesere's goalkeeper Cai Fei Cheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mesere's Cai Fei Cheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Idalécio Baldaia in the 82nd minute of play. Pedro Augusto Coutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Pedro Augusto Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Dragões Barbudos FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
