A collision led to La Vieja Guarida FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Emanuel Oliviero hit a great ball. The supporters of La Vieja Guarida FC booed when Tiburones Rojos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Quico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferruccio Borrelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Lizar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Tiburones Rojos's Robert Haaland in the 21st minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Apolo Erroman was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for La Vieja Guarida FC through an amazing save. Ferruccio Borrelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Quinteros in the 25th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Raul Quinteros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ferruccio Borrelli was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Ferruccio Borrelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Lizar in the 27th minute of play. Tiburones Rojos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raul Quinteros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The Tiburones Rojos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. La Vieja Guarida FC were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Feliciano Sesuldo made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raul Quinteros got free with Ferruccio Borrelli in the 50th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. La Vieja Guarida FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Saul Errando in the 52nd minute. After taking down the ball on La Vieja Guarida FC's corner Feliksas Obrikis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ferruccio Borrelli quite easily take care of the ball. In the 57th match minute, Tiburones Rojos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Quico to maneuver through the defense. Apolo Erroman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Haaland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliciano Sesuldo in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Apolo Erroman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tiburones Rojos's goalkeeper Ferruccio Borrelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Saul Errando made a great header on La Vieja Guarida FC's corner, it was just that Tiburones Rojos's Ferruccio Borrelli managed to reach the ball for a save. 77 minutes into the game, Raul Quinteros lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Ferruccio Borrelli. Matias Hug recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. La Vieja Guarida FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
