An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Flor in the 10th minute of play forced Real Death Ducks's goalkeeper Ronan Marler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgardo Flor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronan Marler having to interfere. Neil Aldridge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Persson having to interfere. UPAU FC were furious when Anier Jatsu was red carded, 31 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 31st minute, one of UPAU FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for UPAU FC. Emanuel Persson had in the 33rdth minute some difficulties stopping Jamal Yeo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 33 minutes into the game, Jamal Yeo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Emanuel Persson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Danilo Porfirio struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Ronan Marler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UPAU FC. Ronan Marler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Ayrton, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaudencio Sandalio got free with Ronan Marler in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Real Death Ducks's Anthony Cahill got a free kick in the 60th minute. Anthony Cahill hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Ronan Marler made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Hans Ayrton sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Ayrton in the 70th minute of play forced Real Death Ducks's goalkeeper Ronan Marler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, John Hassell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Death Ducks's supporters rose to their feet, but John Hassell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Persson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th match minute, UPAU FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dário Koehler to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel Persson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jamie North, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. UPAU FC's Emanuel Persson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Hassell in the 83rd minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Real Death Ducks's goalkeeper Ronan Marler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dário Koehler. In the 89th minute, Gaudencio Sandalio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ronan Marler was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Gaudencio Sandalio's late challenge caught a Real Death Ducks's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaudencio Sandalio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd match minute, UPAU FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Sandalio to maneuver through the defense. Real Death Ducks's Neil Aldridge got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 97 minutes, John Hassell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Death Ducks's supporters crossed their fingers, but John Hassell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over UPAU FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Real Death Ducks throughout the match.
