The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FC Beatriz 08's Eurico lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Guzman in the 3rd minute of play. Pepe Bomba who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Segundo Katia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Guzman in the 17th minute of play forced FC Beatriz 08's goalkeeper Eurico lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. HURACAN's Segundo Katia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save HURACAN from getting a goal against them. Segundo Katia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pepe Bomba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute of the match FC Beatriz 08 got a corner. The wind increased when Ubaldo Guzman made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pepe Bomba in the 50th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Segundo Katia saved HURACAN from getting behind. Rodrigo Fonseca hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, FC Beatriz 08's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ubaldo Guzman fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of FC Beatriz 08 booed when HURACAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Posam didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jiang Yan Feng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in HURACAN's zone, Márcio Cordeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Segundo Katia came out of the goal and Márcio Cordeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th minute, Márcio Cordeiro made a precise shot to the right of Segundo Katia. HURACAN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 94 minutes into the match, HURACAN's goal looked a bit too open when Márcio Cordeiro came free, but Segundo Katia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rui Eanes kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
