Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mădălin Cangeopol ran back to his position shaking his head. Panait Vâtcu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustão Melo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Mădălin Cangeopol made a precise shot to the right of Gregorio Lehior. Tacheros de Buenos Aires's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Panait Vâtcu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Tractorul Satulung -MM- from getting a goal against them. Mădălin Cangeopol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Panait Vâtcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattin Solbeida in the 20th minute of play. With a little luck, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Panait Vâtcu got control of the ball when Adolfo Blanco tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattin Solbeida in the 25th minute of play forced Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goalkeeper Panait Vâtcu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Panait Vâtcu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattin Solbeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Mădălin Cangeopol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gregorio Lehior narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Panait Vâtcu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adolfo Blanco in the 32nd minute. Tacheros de Buenos Aires's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Florentino Lesardo in the 35th minute. Tacheros de Buenos Aires's Florentino Lesardo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Panait Vâtcu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tomas Santikurtz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mattin Solbeida took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Panait Vâtcu. Panait Vâtcu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Mattin Solbeida made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Mattin Solbeida came free, but Panait Vâtcu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had been going on for 60 minutes, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Mădălin Cangeopol got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gregorio Lehior. Tacheros de Buenos Aires's Gregorio Lehior played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mădălin Cangeopol in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Adolfo Blanco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tacheros de Buenos Aires fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Alper Benli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gregorio Lehior showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alper Benli, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Panait Vâtcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustão Melo in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute of the match Marian Axinte sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gregorio Lehior skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tacheros de Buenos Aires's zone, Alper Benli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gregorio Lehior came out of the goal and Alper Benli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Alper Benli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gregorio Lehior. Gregorio Lehior yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. Panait Vâtcu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mattin Solbeida's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Panait Vâtcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustão Melo in the 95th minute of play. If Alper Benli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Tractorul Satulung -MM- supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tractorul Satulung -MM- would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
