The referee ignored Chuquisaca's protests and gave Werner Colvin a yellow card for diving instead. Fabrizio Catapano made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Cipriano Sustrai sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Chuquisaca getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Jayvier Abadia hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Hulk Zaracho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fabrizio Catapano. That made the score 1-0 after 46 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Werner Colvin to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Chuquisaca's Cyprian Soroka got a free kick in the 54th minute. Fabrizio Catapano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hulk Zaracho in the 56th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Werner Colvin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65thth minute of the game Werner Colvin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Jorge Loyola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vicemte Abancens was slow to take the kick. During this time Chuquisaca's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Chuquisaca's Vicemte Abancens to fire away a dangerous shot which Jorge Loyola despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Petr Červinka kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudinho Vergílio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabrizio Catapano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th match minute, Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taavetti Vihervä to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Chuquisaca's Fraco Abel got a free kick in the 94th minute.
