In the 2nd match minute, Psiu! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Simão to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Ganix in the 3rd minute of play forced Psiu!'s goalkeeper Glauco Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glauco Vaz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hugo Ganix went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iraido Treviño in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Glauco Vaz saved Psiu! from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iraido Treviño during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Iraido Treviño kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jerônimo Dantas during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Psiu! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerônimo Dantas to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, corralon AFC's Placido Pello got a free kick in the 24th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Ganix got free with Glauco Vaz in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iraido Treviño was shown his second yellow card after 31 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 31st minute, Iraido Treviño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Ganix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Psiu!'s Glauco Vaz got control of the ball when Hugo Ganix tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hugo Ganix in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Glauco Vaz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Glauco Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Panfilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Cristiano Schmidt charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristiano Schmidt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 40 played minutes Psiu! got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Schmidt. Hugo Ganix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Glauco Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Anderson Ortiz made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in corralon AFC's zone, Anderson Ortiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radu Proca came out of the goal and Anderson Ortiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 55 minutes into the match, Anderson Ortiz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Radu Proca. corralon AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anderson Ortiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Valério Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Psiu! booed when corralon AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Pello didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the match, corralon AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Valério Alves came free, but Radu Proca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 72 minutes, Abelardo Urtats mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the corralon AFC and the Psiu! players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, corralon AFC's Abelardo Urtats got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Jerônimo Dantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Radu Proca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the corralon AFC defense, Anderson Ortiz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radu Proca. The corralon AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radu Proca should have stopped the shot. Raimundo Panfilo's late challenge caught a Psiu!'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raimundo Panfilo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th minute, Raimundo Panfilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valério Alves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st match minute, Psiu! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Álvaro Braga to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Psiu!'s Valério Alves got a free kick in the 97th minute. Hugo Ganix took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Glauco Vaz. Glauco Vaz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Psiu! played a much better game than corralon AFC and deserved their victory. The corralon AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
