The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the match, Jacksonville 67's goal looked a bit too open when Désiré Kaká came free, but Rogelio Hanni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KOO Tigers were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Jacksonville 67's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Servet Yılma took the corner. Rogelio Hanni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Désiré Kaká, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When John Lim fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KOO Tigers's protests and gave John Lim a yellow card for diving instead. John Lim hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Halil Utku Evvah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven Horring in the 23rd minute of play. Arif Tugay Vecid kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as King Batistuta kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Halil Utku Evvah. That made the score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. Désiré Kaká's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rogelio Hanni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute KOO Tigers were awarded a corner. Servet Yılma went to the cornerflag to take it. Halil Utku Evvah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from King Batistuta in the 34th minute of play. In the 34th match minute, Jacksonville 67 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Horring to maneuver through the defense. King Batistuta in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Halil Utku Evvah, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the last second Halil Utku Evvah throw himself and got hold of the ball when King Batistuta in the 39thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Jacksonville 67's Rogelio Hanni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Désiré Kaká in the 44th minute of play. Désiré Kaká took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rogelio Hanni. Rogelio Hanni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1.

KOO Tigers made a substitution. İlkan Serdinç replaced Arif Tugay Vecid. In the 53rd minute, King Batistuta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Halil Utku Evvah was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Rogelio Hanni successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rogelio Hanni was a little too slow when Nuno da Costa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 2-2. Igor Pankiewicz made in the 69th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Freek Wander immediately put the ball in play. Halil Utku Evvah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from King Batistuta, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 85th minute, King Batistuta made a precise shot to the right of Halil Utku Evvah. KOO Tigers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. 88 minutes into the match, Désiré Kaká dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rogelio Hanni, 4-3. Jacksonville 67's Joost Opdam quite brazenly broke a throw-in by John Lim, made in the 92nd minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Jacksonville 67 had played much better football throughout.
