After a rather tough play, Grêmio FBPA's Nestor Leão got a free kick in the 33rd minute. GREEN LIONS's Tolis Prinianakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pipis Karapatakis in the 36th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Pipis Karapatakis made a precise shot to the right of Tolis Prinianakis. GREEN LIONS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Grêmio FBPA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Darío Pereyra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, GREEN LIONS's Merexildo Raimundo got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 61 minutes into the match, GREEN LIONS's goal looked a bit too open when Diamantino Cabral came free, but Tolis Prinianakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
