An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Göransson in the 7th minute of play forced Fire Devils's goalkeeper Olaf Geiger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute of the game Omar Castellon made a throw-in which Lukas Carsted played forward. Olaf Geiger came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Costa Pacífico FC's Fan Xing Cheng. But to his dismay, Fan Xing Cheng quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Zlatko Ibrahimović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mateo Pedraza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. 17 minutes in the game Omar Castellon did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Lukas Carsted. Zlatko Ibrahimović could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Mateo Pedraza made a huge save. Omar Castellon made in the 35th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Bernt Göransson however managed to control. Fire Devils's Olaf Geiger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sentis Ciblis in the 37th minute of play. Olaf Geiger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sentis Ciblis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fan Xing Cheng in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olaf Geiger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st match minute, Fire Devils was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garson Pfäffli to maneuver through the defense. Olaf Geiger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sentis Ciblis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 48th minute, Lennart Bengtsson made a precise shot to the right of Olaf Geiger. Fire Devils's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Fire Devils made a substitution. Edmílson Gaúcho replaced Zlatko Ibrahimović. Costa Pacífico FC made a substitution. Demesio Donaire replaced Fernando Martel.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fan Xing Cheng to strike the kick off in the second half. Fan Xing Cheng in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Olaf Geiger, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmílson Gaúcho in the 72nd minute of play forced Costa Pacífico FC's goalkeeper Mateo Pedraza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Costa Pacífico FC's Iván Luis Zamorano was substituted for Fan Xing Cheng. Costa Pacífico FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team.
