An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Bela Herrero got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 6th minute, PERSPOLIS's Bela Herrero dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. bullfinches's Claudiu Stelian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ekialde Nadal in the 10th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Claudiu Stelian successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 19th minute, Victor Gugulanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute of the match, Bela Herrero tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Claudiu Stelian saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 25 minutes into the match, Aristide Crivac notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of PERSPOLIS's Edgar Badia. Edgar Badia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When PERSPOLIS's Ekialde Nadal in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ingmar Bergman made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, bullfinches's goal looked a bit too open when Bela Herrero came free, but Claudiu Stelian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Bela Herrero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudiu Stelian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Constantino Salgado notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of bullfinches's Claudiu Stelian. Claudiu Stelian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 71st minute, Bela Herrero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudiu Stelian was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-1. In the 86th minute, Cipriano Ganix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PERSPOLIS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-1. After a defensive mix-up in PERSPOLIS's zone, Aristide Crivac stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Badia came out of the goal and Aristide Crivac tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgar Badia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristide Crivac in the 96th minute of play. PERSPOLIS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
