Dragostea E.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tobiasz Wierzbicki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The audience was convinced that Lucjan Ciupierdo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rúben Trigueiro was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. In the 29th minute, Witold Trynda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Pedro Prata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kajetan Mlynarczyk having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Działki Leśne Gdynia's Andrzej Kochowski got a free kick in the 41st minute. Dragostea E.C's Rúben Trigueiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobiasz Wierzbicki in the 48th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucjan Ciupierdo to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes Działki Leśne Gdynia got a freekick which was hit by Witold Trynda. 57 minutes into the game, Dragostea E.C's Vicente Marques nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kajetan Mlynarczyk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After a rather tough play, Działki Leśne Gdynia's Witold Trynda got a free kick in the 60th minute. The supporters of Dragostea E.C booed when Działki Leśne Gdynia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Cipinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kajetan Mlynarczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Roberto Ceresso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciro Leão's late challenge caught a Działki Leśne Gdynia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciro Leão helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th minute, Ciro Leão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Roberto Ceresso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute Zé Roberto Ceresso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kajetan Mlynarczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Dragostea E.C's Genílson Pitta got a free kick in the 86th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Dragostea E.C's goalkeeper Rúben Trigueiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Witalis Damazki. Daniel Cipinski kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match.
