In the 6th minute Halim Tuğ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kılıçalp Onatsu in the 7th minute of the match. Anatolia FC's Konrad Mosiniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şevket Çağa in the 8th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Anatolia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Şevket Çağa came free, but Konrad Mosiniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Atlanta defense, Francisco Txerran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pankracy Glogowski. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pankracy Glogowski should have stopped the shot. Kılıçalp Onatsu struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Pankracy Glogowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anatolia FC. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kılıçalp Onatsu in the 19th minute of the match. After 20 minutes Club Atlético Atlanta's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Di Chong Wei who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Di Chong Wei got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pankracy Glogowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Şevket Çağa hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when Anatolia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Di Chong Wei didn't get a good kick on the ball. Şevket Çağa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Konrad Mosiniak made a huge save. With a little luck, Anatolia FC's Konrad Mosiniak got control of the ball when Şevket Çağa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kılıçalp Onatsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Ahmet İlhan Temizcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Glogowski having to interfere. In the 38thth minute of the game Şentürk Kose who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Şevket Çağas short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Konrad Mosiniak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Şevket Çağa was the one to do the kick off. Şentürk Kose recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Txerran got free with Pankracy Glogowski in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Konrad Mosiniak came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Atlanta's Şevket Çağa. But to his dismay, Şevket Çağa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Paolo Caradaro was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 67 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, one of Club Atlético Atlanta:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Atlético Atlanta. The goalkeeper, Pankracy Glogowski, was totally fooled by Anatolia FC's Şentürk Kose, who 68 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Marcos Berdoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Anatolia FC's Kılıçalp Onatsu in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Atlético Atlanta's goalie prevented a goal. Pankracy Glogowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şentürk Kose in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Txerran. Pankracy Glogowski came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Anatolia FC's Ahmet İlhan Temizcan. But to his dismay, Ahmet İlhan Temizcan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When the match was over Anatolia FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Atlético Atlanta throughout the match.
