Stelian Joldea might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marian Lewkowicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stelian Joldea ran back to his position shaking his head. Marian Lewkowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reşat Rasif in the 7th minute of play. In the 13th minute of the match KS Piastów Sosnowiec got a corner. FC Kamienica Polska's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Apolo Beltza ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tytus Kajfasz made a great header on KS Piastów Sosnowiec's corner, it was just that FC Kamienica Polska's Marian Lewkowicz managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to FC Kamienica Polska getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Witalis Hludzenski hit a great ball. FC Kamienica Polska's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Mariusz Zgonina scored to the left of an out of position Marian Lewkowicz, making the score, 3-0. FC Kamienica Polska's Marian Lewkowicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save FC Kamienica Polska from getting a goal against them. Mariusz Zgonina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Marian Lewkowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Reşat Rasif got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Mariusz Zgonina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Lewkowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Szymon Banaszak hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. The long shot by Apolo Beltza in the 35th minute really tested Marian Lewkowicz's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. But to his dismay, Apolo Beltza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 44 minutes into the match, FC Kamienica Polska's goal looked a bit too open when Mariusz Zgonina came free, but Marian Lewkowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of KS Piastów Sosnowiec booed when FC Kamienica Polska was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Patzelt didn't get a good kick on the ball. 48 minutes into the match, FC Kamienica Polska's goalkeeper Marian Lewkowicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reşat Rasif. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
