Dennis Martinsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chicão França scored 1-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patrice Sénéchal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Saint Côme de Fresné defense, Vanko Leviev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrice Sénéchal. The Saint Côme de Fresné fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrice Sénéchal should have stopped the shot. Isaac Stenberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrice Sénéchal having to interfere. After 33rd play minutes Chicão França shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Patrice Sénéchal and just under the crossbar into goal. Chicão França could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Patrice Sénéchal made a huge save. In the 36th minute, Algot Ennegren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrice Sénéchal was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Algot Ennegren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vi Är Gnaget...AIK's supporters rose to their feet, but Algot Ennegren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrice Sénéchal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 41 minutes, Vanko Leviev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vi Är Gnaget...AIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vanko Leviev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Algot Ennegren to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algot Ennegren in the 51st minute of play forced Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Patrice Sénéchal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquim Gibert kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the game, Isaac Stenberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Patrice Sénéchal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 82 minutes, Ruben Bénier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saint Côme de Fresné and the Vi Är Gnaget...AIK players grew even worse after the yellow card.
