The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roland Jucha during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 18 minutes into the match, Gortaty's goal looked a bit too open when Borja Yebra came free, but Konstanty Chlapowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Aleksander Bykowski put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jaroslaw Siedlecki. The audience was convinced that Damazy Polek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Konstanty Chlapowski was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Cornel Braniște was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Konstanty Chlapowski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of MZ Wodzisław Śląski booed when Gortaty was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radowit Siedlecki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bartlomiej Dlugi kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. But to his dismay, Damazy Polek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. In the 67th minute, Damazy Polek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MZ Wodzisław Śląski fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. In the 70th match minute, MZ Wodzisław Śląski was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juliusz Kazimierz to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Gortaty's Gustaw Basaik got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The audience cheered when Roland Jucha's long shot passed Konstanty Chlapowski's right side. It was 6-2, 73 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Damazy Polek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Konstanty Chlapowski was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. In the 77th minute, Damazy Polek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Konstanty Chlapowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-2. Konstanty Chlapowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornel Braniște in the 81st minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Gortaty's goal looked a bit too open when Lukasz Dulemba came free, but Konstanty Chlapowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Franciszek Wicherek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Lukasz Dulemba came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the MZ Wodzisław Śląski fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lukasz Dulemba couldn't finish the play. Konstanty Chlapowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borja Yebra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Damazy Polek made a precise shot to the right of Konstanty Chlapowski. Gortaty's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-2. A collision led to Gortaty getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Bartlomiej Dlugi hit a great ball. After 95 played minutes, MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Roland Jucha shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Konstanty Chlapowski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MZ Wodzisław Śląski reached it. MZ Wodzisław Śląski walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
