In the 5th minute Aurel Zeciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fábio Bezerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Codruț Calota had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luís Fábio Bezerra. Phoenix Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Codruț Calota was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 9 minutes, Codruț Calota made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Phoenix Fc's Luís Fábio Bezerra tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Aurel Zeciu might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luís Fábio Bezerra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aurel Zeciu ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 16 minutes, Valeriu Marin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CF REALCipri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valeriu Marin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luís Fábio Bezerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurel Zeciu in the 19th minute of play. Remus Spârlea made in the 23rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Aurel Zeciu immediately put the ball in play. In the 24th minute, Codruț Calota left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CF REALCipri fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Luís Fábio Bezerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codruț Calota in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Codruț Calota left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CF REALCipri fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Phoenix Fc's Luís Fábio Bezerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurel Zeciu in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Codruț Calota in the 34th minute of play forced Phoenix Fc's goalkeeper Luís Fábio Bezerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 minutes Phoenix Fc's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Viorel Cordescu who took care of the corner kick. After 37 minutes of play, CF REALCipri's Aurel Zeciu made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Fábio Bezerra was left in no man's land by his defense there! 41 minutes into the match, Phoenix Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Valeriu Marin came free, but Luís Fábio Bezerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Valeriu Marin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luís Fábio Bezerra was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. The referee gave CF REALCipri a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Viorel Cordescu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Phoenix Fc's Luís Fábio Bezerra. 0-6. Luís Fábio Bezerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Codruț Calota, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luís Fabiano da Silveira to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Phoenix Fc defense, Aurel Zeciu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Fábio Bezerra. The Phoenix Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Fábio Bezerra should have stopped the shot. In the 56th minute of the game Remus Spârlea made a throw-in which Aurel Zeciu played forward. Aurel Zeciu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Luís Fábio Bezerra made a huge save. Codruț Calota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Luís Fábio Bezerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Codruț Calota sped through Phoenix Fc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luís Fábio Bezerra. CF REALCipri's Lucrețiu Buligan was substituted for Viorel Cordescu. Phoenix Fc made a substitution. Natanael Paiva replaced Alfredinho Nogueira. After some careless play in the Phoenix Fc defense, Vasile Petruescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Fábio Bezerra. The Phoenix Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Fábio Bezerra should have stopped the shot. With his leg Luís Fábio Bezerra managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when CF REALCipri's Aurel Zeciu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of CF REALCipri booed when Phoenix Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rubinho Lucas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Phoenix Fc's Eriberto Mazza was substituted for Ronaldo Camargo. Vasile Petruescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luís Fábio Bezerra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vasile Petruescu ran back to his position shaking his head. But to his dismay, Vasile Petruescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. Luís Fábio Bezerra made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Aurel Zeciu sent off a good shot on target. In the 88th minute CF REALCipri were awarded a corner. Sandu Niculiță went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Valeriu Marin heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Luís Fábio Bezerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vasile Petruescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Ediberto Silveira hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, Phoenix Fc's goalkeeper Luís Fábio Bezerra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurel Zeciu. The Phoenix Fc fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CF REALCipri were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
