The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severo Laurentzi in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hudson de Carvalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. J.C. Smith sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute, MZetowe Mastodonty's Roch Haszczak ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hayden Baker. Hayden Baker yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. West Ham's Hayden Baker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Ekelund in the 12th minute of play. Hayden Baker came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by MZetowe Mastodonty's Sebastian Ekelund. But to his dismay, Sebastian Ekelund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Hayden Baker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roch Haszczak in the 15th minute of the match. Hayden Baker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roch Haszczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 played minutes MZetowe Mastodonty got a freekick which was hit by Amir Hui. 27 minutes into the match, MZetowe Mastodonty's goal looked a bit too open when J.C. Smith came free, but Hudson de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. West Ham's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kurt Poynton in the 29th minute. After taking down the ball on West Ham's corner Kurt Poynton fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hudson de Carvalho quite easily take care of the ball. Hayden Baker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Ekelund in the 35th minute. Sebastian Ekelund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Sebastian Ekelund took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Hayden Baker to make any attempt to save it. 43 minutes into the match, West Ham's goalkeeper Hayden Baker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Ekelund. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Smith's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hudson de Carvalho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to MZetowe Mastodonty getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Sebastian Ekelund hit a great ball. Tommy Mayfield received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Hudson de Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
