With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fred-Marc Firmino in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rogerio Ceni saved Notts County BR from getting behind. Notts County BR's Váldson Paulista got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute, Zorko Hendrickx got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Váldson Paulista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Váldson Paulista's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roch Olchawa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Váldson Paulista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Olchawa having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Notts County BR's zone, Zorko Hendrickx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogerio Ceni came out of the goal and Zorko Hendrickx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 42 minutes into the match, Notts County BR's goal looked a bit too open when Ludomir Grucza came free, but Rogerio Ceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute Zorko Hendrickx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogerio Ceni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Notts County BR's goal looked a bit too open when Fred-Marc Firmino came free, but Rogerio Ceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zorko Hendrickx to make the kick off. Samuel de Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Rogerio Ceni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zorko Hendrickx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Notts County BR getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Frank de Salles hit a great ball. After 72 played minutes Notts County BR got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Tinoco. When Ludomir Grucza came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the ACR SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ludomir Grucza couldn't finish the play. In the 77th minute, Zorko Hendrickx fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Fred-Marc Firmino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rogerio Ceni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Notts County BR's zone, Fred-Marc Firmino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogerio Ceni came out of the goal and Fred-Marc Firmino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 82nd minute of the game. One of Notts County BR:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ACR SA:s goal. Rogerio Ceni made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Waclaw Dranka sent off a good shot on target. Fred-Marc Firminos short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Rogerio Ceni to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fred-Marc Firmino had several of the Notts County BR's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 90 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Rogerio Ceni as he didn't even see the shot coming. Fred-Marc Firmino succeeded in the game's 98th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-7. When the match was over ACR SA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Notts County BR throughout the match.
