Martin Tudor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With a little luck, FC ANC's Martin Tudor got control of the ball when Betão Xavier tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 53rd minute Notts County BR were awarded a corner. Notts County BR's Betão Xavier got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The FC ANC fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when FC ANC's Codrin Şumălan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rogerio Ceni came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by FC ANC's Codrin Şumălan. But to his dismay, Codrin Şumălan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Pietro Pellegri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogerio Ceni having to interfere. 73 minutes into the game, FC ANC's Dino Petricca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rogerio Ceni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. Rogerio Ceni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pietro Pellegri, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. FC ANC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
