An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Ersman in the 7th minute of play forced Esquirla FC's goalkeeper Florian Caes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Tim Van Brussel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The throw-in from Iustinian Spirea in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Esquirla FC's Seppe Baert. A sloppy throw-in by Iustinian Spirea in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Esquirla FC's Seppe Baert. 17 minutes into the match, Esquirla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Muhammed Salah came free, but Florian Caes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florian Caes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naw Kean in the 23rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s zone, Lukas Caers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luca Önel came out of the goal and Lukas Caers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Florian Caes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boyce Shipp in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Iustinian Spirea threw the ball into play from the sideline. Esquirla FC's Seppe Baert quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Luca Önel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukas Caers in the 31st minute of the match. Florian Caes came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s Muhammed Salah. But to his dismay, Muhammed Salah quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Florian Caes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boyce Shipp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lukas Caers might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luca Önel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lukas Caers ran back to his position shaking his head. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lukas Caers was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Bryan Marant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Seppe Baert fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Esquirla FC's protests and gave Seppe Baert a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpected shot in the 65th minute by Naw Kean got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Lukas Caers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luca Önel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukas Caers in the 70th minute of the match. In the 75th minute Naw Kean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florian Caes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lukas Caers in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luca Önel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Esquirla FC booed when Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muhammed Salah didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Esquirla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Ersman came free, but Florian Caes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Seppe Baert was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 92 minutes had been played.
