FC juveMET were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Savage Hippo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hüseyin Turan Alp took the corner. Bengt-Arne Askstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arda Turan, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The wind increased when Edwin Grabert made the kick off in the second half. Raşit Özdilek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Grabert in the 55th minute of the match. In the 66th minute Vilmantas Magdišauskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raşit Özdilek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Lothar Reichel in the 95th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Savage Hippo's Saulius Pilipavičius. 96 minutes into the game, Savage Hippo's Saulius Pilipavičius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raşit Özdilek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Many of FC juveMET's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. FC juveMET may have spent more time on the ball, but Savage Hippo were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
