In the 4th minute, Manuel Viñaspre reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lucho Putin. The goal made the score 1-0. Πυργετός Fc's Daniel Moura managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Andrejs Upītis in the 7 minute of the game. Ian Little made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Song Di Xu in the 16th minute of play. Ian Little took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Song Di Xu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Stig Svanberg got a free kick in the 29th minute. Ian Little came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Πυργετός Fc's Song Di Xu. But to his dismay, Song Di Xu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Sacha Lilley's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucho Putin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute Astreix&ObelixSoccer were awarded a corner. Sacha Lilley went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Πυργετός Fc's goalie and right to Gunnar Retov. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Πυργετός Fc's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Gunnar Retov in 39 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Lucho Putin guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 41st minute of the game Petros Moschogiannis made a throw-in which Song Di Xu played forward. Πυργετός Fc's Lucho Putin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sacha Lilley in the 45th minute of play. Thanos Kalikis hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Πυργετός Fc's goalkeeper Lucho Putin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Astreix&ObelixSoccer booed when Πυργετός Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Moura didn't get a good kick on the ball.
