In the 3rd minute Kubilay İmge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Norström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 4 played minutes Skövde AIK got a freekick which was hit by Georg Norström. Skövde AIK's Karl-Erik Norström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 庄潮宽 in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Skövde AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Damario came free, but Karl-Erik Norström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chen Ao Fan in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Vladimirescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Karl-Erik Norström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 庄潮宽's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Jerry Williams kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Karl-Erik Norström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 庄潮宽 in the 14th minute of the match. Riesgo Cero's Cristian Vladimirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håkan Kruse in the 16th minute of play. In the 20th minute Santo Damario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Norström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Erik Norström came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Riesgo Cero's Kubilay İmge. But to his dismay, Kubilay İmge quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 25 minutes into the match, Riesgo Cero's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Keegan came free, but Cristian Vladimirescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Riesgo Cero's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Chen Ao Fan was slow to take the kick. During this time Skövde AIK's players had a chance to rest. Abelardo Vitin tried in the game's 26th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Cristian Vladimirescu. An annoying self made goal, 1-1. Karl-Erik Norström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 庄潮宽, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 40thth minute of the game Chen Ao Fan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Riesgo Cero's Cristian Vladimirescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 47th minute 庄潮宽 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Norström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Erik Norström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lech Biskupiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kevin Keegan to make the kick off. Kevin Keegan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karl-Erik Norström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Damario in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute Kevin Keegan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Vladimirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the game, Skövde AIK's Kevin Keegan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristian Vladimirescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. A hard shot 60 in the game by Kubilay İmge from a close distance when the talented Karl-Erik Norström managed to make a qualified save. Skövde AIK's players were relieved. Skövde AIK's Karl-Erik Norström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lech Biskupiak in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of Riesgo Cero booed when Skövde AIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Norström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute of the match Patryk Dziczek sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl-Erik Norström skillfully saved the ball. In the 72nd minute, Riesgo Cero's 庄潮宽 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. 庄潮宽 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Vladimirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Keegan in the 80th minute of play. Kevin Keegan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Cristian Vladimirescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Vladimirescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Keegan, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 90th minute, Kevin Keegan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skövde AIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Karl-Erik Norström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Damario in the 95th minute of play. Skövde AIK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
