The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Felipe Santos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Old BaoBaB Accademy's Fabiano Violento. Fabiano Violento was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Felipe Santos might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabiano Violento. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Santos ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 8th minute, Felipe Santos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabiano Violento was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Fabiano Violento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Santos in the 23rd minute of play. Candido Oteiza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Durval Marinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Old BaoBaB Accademy's Fabiano Violento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Santos in the 29th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Felipe Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Violento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 42 minutes into the match, Felipe Santos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabiano Violento. Old BaoBaB Accademy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Santos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emiliano Giusto was the one to do the kick off. Fabiano Violento made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Santos in the 53rd minute. Durval Marinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Oteiza in the 55th minute of play. Felipe Santos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabiano Violento came out and tried to block the shot, but Felipe Santos slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute, Raimundo Faria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Durval Marinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Giusto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Relyn Futebol Clube's Felipe Santos in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Old BaoBaB Accademy's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anfilogino Furia in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Durval Marinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Old BaoBaB Accademy's Fabiano Violento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Old BaoBaB Accademy from getting a goal against them. 74 minutes into the game, Felipe Santos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fabiano Violento. Felipe Santos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Old BaoBaB Accademy made a substitution. Emilio Buffone replaced Emiliano Giusto. Durval Marinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anfilogino Furia's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Old BaoBaB Accademy's goalkeeper Fabiano Violento, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Durval Marinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anfilogino Furia in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Old BaoBaB Accademy's Alessandro Masetti got a free kick in the 87th minute.
