River de Ramos Mejía's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Grabiel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urbano Saturnin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sao Brasola's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Celestino Eli was slow to take the kick. During this time River de Ramos Mejía's players had a chance to rest. With a little luck, River de Ramos Mejía's Eleuterio Maureo got control of the ball when Carter Di Fazio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Sao Brasola defense, Alejo Maties kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Urbano Saturnin. Urbano Saturnin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Maties, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Urbano Saturnin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Maties in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Carter Di Fazio kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Celestino Eli kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Sao Brasola's Urbano Saturnin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Sao Brasola from getting a goal against them. Eleuterio Maureo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesare Punta, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Sao Brasola's Urbano Saturnin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Grabiel in the 64th minute of play. Ragnar Løth made a great header on River de Ramos Mejía's corner, it was just that Sao Brasola's Urbano Saturnin managed to reach the ball for a save. Eleuterio Maureo came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Sao Brasola's Carter Di Fazio. But to his dismay, Carter Di Fazio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. River de Ramos Mejía were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Sao Brasola to leave the ground with a draw.
