In the 10th minute, Dominik Piglowski made a precise shot to the right of Zacarias Ascencio. Celta de Virgos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 14th minute Alfredinho Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Ascencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Atlético Minuano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 필 용 to maneuver through the defense. Zacarias Ascencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominik Piglowski in the 26th minute of the match. Atlético Minuano's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Benny Niva scored to the left of an out of position Yuri Loureiro, making the score, 2-1. Bernardino Rosio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Yuri Loureiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yuri Loureiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benny Niva in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute of the match, Benny Niva tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yuri Loureiro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 39 minutes in the game Tomé Galvão did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Marcel Reis. Atlético Minuano's Yuri Loureiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benny Niva in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benny Niva to strike the kick off in the second half. Yuri Loureiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benny Niva in the 54th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Zacarias Ascencio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hílton Coelho got free with Zacarias Ascencio in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benny Niva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Celta de Virgos's Dario Elivareo was substituted for Ruben Gomez. Celta de Virgos's Filip Leucuța was substituted for Biagio Pavlu. In the 70thth minute of the game Alfredinho Aparecido who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Celta de Virgos's Zacarias Ascencio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. David Astudillo kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Atlético Minuano made a substitution. Mathias Ortiz replaced Alfredinho Aparecido. David Astudillo hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. David Astudillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yuri Loureiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. David Astudillo ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Celta de Virgos booed when Atlético Minuano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Kaczeniak didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Astudillo scored 3-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yuri Loureiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Yuri Loureiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 90th minute, David Astudillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yuri Loureiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 93rdth minute of the game David Astudillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Minuano's Yuri Loureiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yuri Loureiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Astudillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Celta de Virgos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
