In the 21st match minute, FC Kadzidlowen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edin Cocalić to maneuver through the defense. Sebastián Sosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maksymilian Sedzikowski in the 36th minute. The corner led FC Kadzidlowen's Alberto Tevez to fire away a dangerous shot which Sebastián Sosa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 39th minute of the match FC Kadzidlowen got a corner. FC Inter Sibiu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ziemowit Puchlik ran over to the corner to take the kick. FC Kadzidlowen's Ziemowit Puchlik was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sebastián Sosa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sebastián Sosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maksymilian Sedzikowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Tevez was the one to do the kick off. Sebastián Sosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tevez in the 50th minute of the match. Sebastián Sosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tevez, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Fabian Lampa might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastián Sosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Lampa ran back to his position shaking his head. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Inter Sibiu players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Kadzidlowen.
