Iker Hidalgo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jack de Koning in the 4th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jack de Koning in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iker Hidalgo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Iker Hidalgo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack de Koning in the 9th minute of play. Velho Barreiro FC's Ferid Eker came free and shot a quick shot against goal 11 minutes in the game, fortunately Wilfried Henselmans had problems saving as it came toward the left post. 14 minutes into the match, Velho Barreiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jack de Koning came free, but Iker Hidalgo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zico Galo in the 16th minute of play forced Osdorp FC's goalkeeper Wilfried Henselmans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Osdorp FC's Wilfried Henselmans got control of the ball when Naldo Guerra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilfried Henselmans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panagiotis Stamatas in the 19th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zico Galo in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilfried Henselmans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jack de Koning might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iker Hidalgo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jack de Koning ran back to his position shaking his head. When Jack de Koning came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Osdorp FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jack de Koning couldn't finish the play. Jack de Koning received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Iker Hidalgo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute Gerwin Aerts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Hidalgo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilfried Henselmans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zico Galo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Iker Hidalgo made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Jack de Koning sent off a good shot on target. Wilfried Henselmans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naldo Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Jack de Koning could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Iker Hidalgo made a huge save. Jack de Koning did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Iker Hidalgo 62 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, Osdorp FC's goal looked a bit too open when Naldo Guerra came free, but Wilfried Henselmans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Velho Barreiro FC's Iker Hidalgo got control of the ball when Jack de Koning tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 73rd minute of the match Osdorp FC got a corner. Velho Barreiro FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Victor Ixona ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Hendrik Heida heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 76 minutes of play, Velho Barreiro FC's Naldo Guerra made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilfried Henselmans was left in no man's land by his defense there! Osdorp FC made a substitution. Mustafa Barış Tekindağ replaced Douwe de Haan. Iker Hidalgo made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Gerwin Aerts sent off a good shot on target. Wilfried Henselmans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zico Galo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 played minutes Osdorp FC got a freekick which was hit by Jack de Koning. If Jack de Koning had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iker Hidalgo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerwin Aerts in the 90th minute. With his leg Iker Hidalgo managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Osdorp FC's Jack de Koning fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jack de Koning in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iker Hidalgo saved Velho Barreiro FC from getting behind. Osdorp FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
