With a little luck, KFC Paal-Tervant's Freddy Tilens got control of the ball when Miguel Ángel Benito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonel Rocco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Davus's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. The throw-in from 林林光 in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cascadia United's Wang Di Yi. Freddy Tilens was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Miguel Ángel Benito showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 32 minute of play. Miguel Ángel Benito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Freddy Tilens having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Verschelde in the 40th minute of play forced Cascadia United's goalkeeper Leonel Rocco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Yücel Yamaç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Rocco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Freddy Tilens was a little too slow when Miguel Ángel Benito got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 3-0. The supporters of Cascadia United booed when KFC Paal-Tervant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Axel Davus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miguel Ángel Benito scored 4-0 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Freddy Tilens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cascadia United's Constantino Neto was substituted for Abel Neron. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Axel Davus to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Cascadia United's goalkeeper Leonel Rocco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Davus. Iván Pillud hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Leonel Rocco acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 59th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Shaun McLae. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Ángel Benito in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddy Tilens saved KFC Paal-Tervant from getting behind. Cascadia United's attentive Tamás Lovas managed to snatch the ball when 林林光 made a throw-in in the 70th minute of the game. KFC Paal-Tervant's Freddy Tilens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Ángel Benito in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Jose Verschelde reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leonel Rocco. The goal made the score 5-1. The supporters of Cascadia United booed when KFC Paal-Tervant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shaun McLae didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Jose Verschelde cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Leonel Rocco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leonel Rocco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Davus in the 88th minute. Shaun McLae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Leonel Rocco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Yücel Yamaç came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the KFC Paal-Tervant fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yücel Yamaç couldn't finish the play. KFC Paal-Tervant's Freddy Tilens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Ángel Benito in the 100th minute of play. Cascadia United's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
