The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of COSQUIN SFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Roncourt:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Rumaldo in the 13th minute of play forced Roncourt's goalkeeper Mounir Perry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. COSQUIN SFC's Ciriaco Olivar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lv Xiao Zhi in the 49th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lv Xiao Zhi to strike the kick off in the second half. Luis Rumaldo came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mounir Perry could save by the left post. Severo Crispo hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. A collision led to COSQUIN SFC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Severo Crispo hit a great ball. Mounir Perry didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucas Beltrán went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Ciriaco Olivar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Marc Kazmierczak in the 85th minute of play. After 86 minutes of play, Roncourt's Jean-Marc Kazmierczak made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciriaco Olivar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ciriaco Olivar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Marc Kazmierczak in the 93rd minute of play. Many of COSQUIN SFC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. COSQUIN SFC may have spent more time on the ball, but Roncourt were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
