The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alexandro Gavilanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Pietro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Humberto Suazo hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Humberto Suazo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Christopher Röske breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexandro Gavilanes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Pietro, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 16th minute, Humberto Suazo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Humberto Suazo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christopher Röske. Freestylers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Humberto Suazo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Alexandro Gavilanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthias Büssinger in the 23rd minute of the match. After having played for 25 minutes, Xeromo Garibay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Philotimo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xeromo Garibay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Humberto Suazo might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christopher Röske. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Humberto Suazo ran back to his position shaking his head. Christopher Röske made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Suazo in the 28th minute of play. Christopher Röske took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Chorache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes of play, FC Philotimo's Alejandro Chorache made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christopher Röske was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 34 played minutes FC Philotimo got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Froylan. 36 minutes into the match, FC Philotimo's goal looked a bit too open when Matthias Büssinger came free, but Alexandro Gavilanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthias Büssinger in the 36th minute of play forced FC Philotimo's goalkeeper Alexandro Gavilanes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Humberto Suazo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Humberto Suazo to strike the kick off in the second half. Alexandro Gavilanes came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Freestylers's Leo Pietro. But to his dismay, Leo Pietro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Xeromo Garibay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Freestylers's German Evarado was substituted for Matthias Büssinger. Alexandro Gavilanes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Björn Lachenicht in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Musa Bardakçı in the 64th minute of play forced FC Philotimo's goalkeeper Alexandro Gavilanes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th match minute, Freestylers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Satordi to maneuver through the defense.
