Cayetano Monico showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. Cayetano Monico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Nestor Paraibano made a huge save. In the 81st minute Cayetano Monico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Paraibano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Zé Carlos Madureira came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zé Carlos Madureira couldn't finish the play. In the 87th minute, Dagoberto Moraes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
