The supporters of Amboy FC booed when AC LeX Luthor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Yepes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th match minute, Amboy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sture Raknes to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Savion in the 8th minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Ariel Mourelatos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Marcelo Kauldi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ariel Mourelatos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Errando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute AC LeX Luthor were awarded a corner. Zeledon Savion went to the cornerflag to take it. AC LeX Luthor's Zeledon Savion was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ariel Mourelatos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Amboy FC's Ariel Mourelatos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Errando in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute Alvaro Errando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Mourelatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Amboy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Kauldi to maneuver through the defense. Ariel Mourelatos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Savion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otto Tenno in the 31st minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Ariel Mourelatos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ariel Mourelatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Errando in the 32nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, AC LeX Luthor's Pancho Branca got a free kick in the 36th minute. Amboy FC's Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otto Tenno in the 40th minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Ariel Mourelatos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Zeledon Savion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The throw-in from Romeo Sanduru in the 46th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Amboy FC's Mario Alberto Abascal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Amboy FC got a freekick which was hit by Cornelio Rius. Ariel Mourelatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Errando in the 54th minute of the match. Zeledon Savion who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Ariel Mourelatos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Amboy FC made a substitution. Shi Sha Quan replaced Ruperto Modestio. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Amboy FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zeledon Savion was slow to take the kick. During this time AC LeX Luthor's players had a chance to rest. In the 62nd match minute, Amboy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornelio Rius to maneuver through the defense. AC LeX Luthor's Pedro Lucas was substituted for Zeledon Savion. AC LeX Luthor's Karl-Axel Kielstedt was substituted for Pancho Branca. Cornelio Rius hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Fulgencio Eyague showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 66th minute of the match. Ariel Mourelatos was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Peep Pronk capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Peep Pronk really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. AC LeX Luthor's Adam Hubina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Wang Hai, made in the 72nd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amboy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fulgencio Eyague breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute Shi Sha Quan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Eyague saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Peep Pronk dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ariel Mourelatos, 0-3. When the match was over AC LeX Luthor could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Amboy FC throughout the match.
