A collision led to Real Llull de Reus getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Julen Casals hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, C.J. Braut Haaland took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Sixten Tunander to make any attempt to save it. Sixten Tunander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from C.J. Braut Haaland, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ozan Heybetli in the 12th minute of play forced Real Llull de Reus's goalkeeper Sabri Erdoğan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Hammarby Sjöstad were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Real Llull de Reus's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sarracino De la Rosa took the corner. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Ciriaco Terciero advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-1 in the 13th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Real Llull de Reus's zone, Ozan Heybetli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sabri Erdoğan came out of the goal and Ozan Heybetli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ozan Heybetli in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sabri Erdoğan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sixten Tunander came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Llull de Reus's C.J. Braut Haaland. But to his dismay, C.J. Braut Haaland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. With a little luck, FC Hammarby Sjöstad's Sixten Tunander got control of the ball when C.J. Braut Haaland tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ozan Heybetli in the 37th minute of play forced Real Llull de Reus's goalkeeper Sabri Erdoğan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ozan Heybetli scored 2-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sabri Erdoğan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 46 played minutes Real Llull de Reus got a freekick which was hit by Paco Macho. In the 47th match minute, Real Llull de Reus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Qin Xiao to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ozan Heybetli was the one to do the kick off. Real Llull de Reus's Sabri Erdoğan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ozan Heybetli in the 53rd minute of play. C.J. Braut Haaland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixten Tunander having to interfere. C.J. Braut Haaland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Real Llull de Reus's Zaid Malek was substituted for Deng Feng. Sabri Erdoğan was a little too slow when Ozan Heybetli got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 2-4. Ozan Heybetli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sabri Erdoğan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. FC Hammarby Sjöstad were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Real Llull de Reus's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ozan Heybetli took the corner. FC Hammarby Sjöstad's Lenny Winnepennincks was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sabri Erdoğan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Lenny Winnepennincks had several of the Real Llull de Reus's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 84 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-5 score and a disappointed Sabri Erdoğan as he didn't even see the shot coming. 89 minutes into the match, FC Hammarby Sjöstad's Ozan Heybetli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sabri Erdoğan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gustav Sigfridsson kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Sixten Tunander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tino Sobrado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Hammarby Sjöstad had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
