Wilhelm Galle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from James Batistuta, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by James Batistuta in the 34th minute of play forced Kind of Blue's goalkeeper Wilhelm Galle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute of the match Marcin Pachucki sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wilhelm Galle skillfully saved the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when James Batistuta made the kick off in the second half. A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Östen Högman in the 55th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Alessandro Del Piero kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wilhelm Galle. That made the score 1-1 in the 64 minute of play. A4p FC Gad's Flavius Cândroveanu was substituted for Alessandro Del Piero. A4p FC Gad made a substitution. Gică Busuioc replaced James Batistuta. Kind of Blue's Kjell Tingberg was substituted for Östen Högman. Kind of Blue's Jonny Lagerberg was substituted for Anastasios Pallini. A sloppy throw-in by Anfilogino Manzi in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Kind of Blue's Sven-Oskar Carlsson. Wilhelm Galle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavius Cândroveanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. A4p FC Gad were furious when Cătălin Răduleț was red carded, 78 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in A4p FC Gad fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! 邱振广 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Aznar came free, but Glenn Fyfe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilhelm Galle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gică Busuioc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilhelm Galle made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Gică Busuioc sent off a good shot on target. 88 minutes into the game, Kjell Tingberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Glenn Fyfe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st minute Sebastian Käller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glenn Fyfe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Kind of Blue's Wilhelm Galle got control of the ball when Gică Busuioc tried to sneak it across the goal line. A4p FC Gad's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
