With 4 minutes on the clock, Babbis Tolias commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Babbis Tolias kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Christoforos Manousopoulos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Theodosis Kassapis. Green Horses's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christoforos Manousopoulos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Marco Van Der Taelen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Theodosis Kassapis made a huge save. In the 11th minute, Marco Van Der Taelen made a precise shot to the right of Theodosis Kassapis. Green Horses's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 14th minute, Robert Mühren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NIKE Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Gogo Cevallos had several of the Green Horses's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 19 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Theodosis Kassapis as he didn't even see the shot coming. Marco Van Der Taelens short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Theodosis Kassapis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 27 minutes, Gogo Cevallos made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Green Horses's Theodosis Kassapis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 33 played minutes Green Horses got a freekick which was hit by Michalis Kapetanos. Theodosis Kassapis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christoforos Manousopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christoforos Manousopoulos got free with Theodosis Kassapis in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th minute, Olov Åberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Periklis Zorbadelos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ola Wall. NIKE Academy's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Theodosis Kassapis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olov Åberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as NIKE Academy's Oskar Lägdin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Theodosis Kassapis. That made the score 6-0 after 41 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Christoforos Manousopoulos sped through Green Horses's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Theodosis Kassapis. 55 minutes into the match, Green Horses's goal looked a bit too open when Olov Åberg came free, but Theodosis Kassapis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Van Der Taelen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Theodosis Kassapis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoforos Manousopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lu Lin scored 9-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Theodosis Kassapis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Theodosis Kassapis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christoforos Manousopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Marco Van Der Taelen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Theodosis Kassapis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lu Lin in the 86th minute of play forced Green Horses's goalkeeper Theodosis Kassapis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute Christoforos Manousopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theodosis Kassapis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oskar Lägdin scored 11-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Theodosis Kassapis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. NIKE Academy made a substitution. Blagojče Michalashvili replaced Robert Mühren. When Sotiris Barberopoulos fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Green Horses's protests and gave Sotiris Barberopoulos a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 played minutes Green Horses got a freekick which was hit by Sotiris Barberopoulos. NIKE Academy's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
