Brillion's supporters rose to their feet, but Salvatore Hartley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucho Putin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 18 minutes into the match, Brillion's Salvatore Hartley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucho Putin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lucho Putin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Vincent in the 23rd minute of play. Brillion's Marcelo Ojeda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Brillion from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Brillion booed when Πυργετός Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iker Blanco didn't get a good kick on the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Salvatore Hartley to strike the kick off in the second half. Song Di Xu took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Ojeda. Marcelo Ojeda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 56 minutes into the match, Brillion's goal looked a bit too open when Jon Klein came free, but Marcelo Ojeda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanos Kalikis went to the cornerflag to take it. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Lucho Putin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marcelo Ojeda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Song Di Xu in the 74th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerardo Vincent got free with Lucho Putin in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thanos Kalikis in the 80th minute of play forced Brillion's goalkeeper Marcelo Ojeda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
