Donato Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Marcelo Ojeda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salvatore Hartley in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abelardo Maranhense saved Olivedos from getting behind. Marinus Bonato might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abelardo Maranhense. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marinus Bonato ran back to his position shaking his head. 28 minutes into the game, Donato Oliveira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcelo Ojeda. Donato Oliveira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 30th play minute Cássio Ferraz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Marcelo Ojeda. 2-0. 34 minutes into the match, Olivedos's Rubinho Chaves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelo Ojeda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Cássio Ferraz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olivedos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Brillion's Marcelo Ojeda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rômulo Custódio in the 41st minute of play. Marcelo Ojeda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caio Pinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute of the match Olivedos got a corner. Brillion's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luisinho Ceresso ran over to the corner to take the kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Salvatore Hartley to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcelo Ojeda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donato Oliveira went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Marcelo Ojeda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 77thth minute of the game Donato Oliveira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brillion's Marcelo Ojeda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Oliveira in the 78th minute of play forced Brillion's goalkeeper Marcelo Ojeda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brillion's Marcelo Ojeda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Oliveira in the 80th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Donato Oliveira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olivedos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Marcelo Ojeda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rômulo Custódio, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Marcelo Ojeda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Ferraz in the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Cássio Ferraz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olivedos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Abelardo Maranhense came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Brillion's Marinus Bonato. But to his dismay, Marinus Bonato quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-1. When the referee ended the match the Olivedos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
