But to his dismay, Nils-Emil Wästerberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 17th minute, Rune Vestberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the match, Jochem Klooster notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Honkens Bengaler BK's William Vennersten. William Vennersten was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Natasha Sjøholm made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Fred Stigsson sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Griskultingarnas FF's Natasha Sjøholm got control of the ball when Rafal Witkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Natasha Sjøholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils-Emil Wästerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Griskultingarnas FF's goal looked a bit too open when Knut Tingelholm came free, but Natasha Sjøholm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fred Stigsson got free with Natasha Sjøholm in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Griskultingarnas FF's Natasha Sjøholm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Griskultingarnas FF from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafal Witkowski in the 38th minute of play forced Griskultingarnas FF's goalkeeper Natasha Sjøholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute of the match Honkens Bengaler BK got a corner. Griskultingarnas FF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nils-Emil Wästerberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jimmy Busk's late challenge caught a Honkens Bengaler BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimmy Busk helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th minute, Jimmy Busk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Knut Tingelholm came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Honkens Bengaler BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Knut Tingelholm couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jochem Klooster to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Griskultingarnas FF booed when Honkens Bengaler BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Knut Tingelholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jochem Klooster could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but William Vennersten made a huge save. A collision led to Griskultingarnas FF getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Olívio Sjøholm hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the game, Stefan Bergqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Griskultingarnas FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honkens Bengaler BK the free kick. After 59 played minutes Griskultingarnas FF got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Bergqvist. In the 64th minute Fred Stigsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natasha Sjøholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Jonatan Smedfeldt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Griskultingarnas FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honkens Bengaler BK the free kick. A collision led to Griskultingarnas FF getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Stefan Bergqvist hit a great ball. Natasha Sjøholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils-Emil Wästerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Griskultingarnas FF's Jonatan Smedfeldt got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Jonatan Smedfeldt off the ground. After 89 played minutes Griskultingarnas FF got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Smedfeldt. Nils-Emil Wästerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Natasha Sjøholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafal Witkowski scored 3-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Natasha Sjøholm, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Griskultingarnas FF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
