Isaac Jonasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasmus Mårtensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 8 minutes into the match, BK Gubbhöft's goal looked a bit too open when Rasmus Mårtensson came free, but Isaac Jonasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ove Salkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edvin Jonsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of BK Gubbhöft booed when Henley Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prince Saleh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaac Jonasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rasmus Mårtensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ove Salkvist in the 23rd minute of play forced Henley Utd's goalkeeper Edvin Jonsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvin Jonsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ove Salkvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 33 minute of play. In the 38th minute BK Gubbhöft were awarded a corner. Ciro Incendio went to the cornerflag to take it. With 46 minutes on the clock, Elmer Hodžić commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 46 minutes into the game, one of Henley Utd:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Ove Salkvist made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Henley Utd getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Rasmus Mårtensson hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, BK Gubbhöft's Ciro Incendio tried to score from far away in the 54th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Ove Salkvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edvin Jonsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Sten Hydén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Jonsson having to interfere. With a little luck, BK Gubbhöft's Isaac Jonasson got control of the ball when Manolito Gabbiadini tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edvin Jonsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans-Georg Luabunnum in the 67th minute of the match. When Lorencio Irarrázaval fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BK Gubbhöft's protests and gave Lorencio Irarrázaval a yellow card for diving instead. Edvin Jonsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

BK Gubbhöft were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Henley Utd for a fine match.
