Edwin Ahlstedt hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the game, Luis Bladi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Magne Gunnarsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 18th minute, Per Tunström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christer Olsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 21st match minute, Rönnöfors FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olimpiu Mirciulescu to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Rönnöfors FF booed when Annedal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billy Harman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Annedal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Per Tunström came free, but Christer Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Magne Gunnarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Bladi in the 36th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luis Bladi was the one to do the kick off. 姚默荣 kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Magne Gunnarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Bladi, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Christer Olsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Per Tunström in the 69th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Bladi in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magne Gunnarsson saved Rönnöfors FF from getting behind. Annedal FC's Jan Mossberg was substituted for Herman Havik. Rönnöfors FF's Sigvard Biörnberg was substituted for Olimpiu Mirciulescu. The supporters of Rönnöfors FF booed when Annedal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. 姚默荣 didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute of the match, Per Tunström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Christer Olsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Annedal FC's Luis Bladi got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Per Tunström kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Luis Bladi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Rönnöfors FF's zone, Luis Bladi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magne Gunnarsson came out of the goal and Luis Bladi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute Per Tunström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neither team could find the winning goal during normal time. The second half finished 1-1. Extra-time would have to be played.

After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Luis Bladi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Annedal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Bladi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magne Gunnarsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 102 minutes into the match, Annedal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Per Tunström came free, but Christer Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 107 played minutes Luis Bladi rounded Rönnöfors FF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Annedal FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rönnöfors FF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
