Arí Sarmento stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severino Marquez's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Pragmáticos 1903's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Marquez came free, but Arí Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Douglas Gustavo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 23rd minute Douglas Gustavo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho do Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, MUSHIBA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Gustavo came free, but Chiquinho do Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gil Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Chiquinho do Nascimento came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Pragmáticos 1903's Douglas Gustavo. But to his dismay, Douglas Gustavo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 36th minute, Gil Meira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 38 minutes into the match, MUSHIBA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Gustavo came free, but Chiquinho do Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of MUSHIBA FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pragmáticos 1903:s goal. In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for Pragmáticos 1903. Gustavo Mazer stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Chiquinho do Nascimento. 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severino Marquez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Douglas Gustavo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Chiquinho do Nascimento made a huge save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pragmáticos 1903 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
