The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, BELAJ BOYS's Dé Amaral got a free kick in the 24th minute. Manex Maja hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Deportivo Ortegano's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Dé Amaral scored to the left of an out of position Eustaquio Ondino, making the score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Czeslaw Drugi got free with Eustaquio Ondino in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eustaquio Ondino was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Czeslaw Drugi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Czeslaw Drugi really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Eustaquio Ondino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Czeslaw Drugi in the 32nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Freddie Ekerot managed to get in a good position for a shot. BELAJ BOYS's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddie Ekerot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustaquio Ondino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Karl-Oskar Pilberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronald Vordenbäumen in the 39th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Deportivo Ortegano's corner Manex Maja fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Karl-Oskar Pilberg quite easily take care of the ball. Karl-Oskar Pilberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronald Vordenbäumen in the 43rd minute of play. Eguen Tavarez hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

The supporters of BELAJ BOYS booed when Deportivo Ortegano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manex Maja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kent Ferm took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eustaquio Ondino. Deportivo Ortegano's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eustaquio Ondino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Drugi in the 56th minute of play. Deportivo Ortegano's Eustaquio Ondino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Czeslaw Drugi in the 59th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Dé Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 70 played minutes BELAJ BOYS got a freekick which was hit by Dé Amaral. Eustaquio Ondino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Drugi in the 75th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Czeslaw Drugi in the 77th minute of play forced Deportivo Ortegano's goalkeeper Eustaquio Ondino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 played minutes BELAJ BOYS got a freekick which was hit by Czeslaw Drugi. Elano Lobado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronald Vordenbäumen in the 84th minute of play forced BELAJ BOYS's goalkeeper Karl-Oskar Pilberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Fritz Örnberg fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BELAJ BOYS's protests and gave Fritz Örnberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th minute, Fritz Örnberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Oskar Pilberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronald Vordenbäumen's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Eustaquio Ondino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Czeslaw Drugi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the BELAJ BOYS defense, Ronald Vordenbäumen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl-Oskar Pilberg. The BELAJ BOYS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl-Oskar Pilberg should have stopped the shot. Karl-Oskar Pilberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elano Lobado in the 92nd minute. BELAJ BOYS's Karl-Oskar Pilberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save BELAJ BOYS from getting a goal against them. When BELAJ BOYS's Czeslaw Drugi in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
