Bonifacio Aurre was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Boleslaw Zielinski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Lyons's Boleslaw Zielinski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bonifacio Aurre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The supporters of Lyons booed when Deportivo Iguazu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Bazkoare didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalmacio Ponc charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmacio Ponc the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bonifacio Aurre was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Boleslaw Zielinski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 16 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Boleslaw Zielinski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bonifacio Aurre. That made the score 4-0 in the 20 minute of play. With a little luck, Deportivo Iguazu's Bonifacio Aurre got control of the ball when Boleslaw Zielinski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 25th minute Lyons were awarded a corner. Marcos Berasko went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Jose Satordi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bonifacio Aurre quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Deportivo Iguazu booed when Lyons was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Satordi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Boleslaw Zielinski notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Deportivo Iguazu's Bonifacio Aurre. Bonifacio Aurre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 35 minutes into the game, Boleslaw Zielinski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Bonifacio Aurre was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Jimeno Ilixo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luisito Quinten was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Luisito Quinten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Ilixo in the 42nd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boleslaw Zielinski in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bonifacio Aurre saved Deportivo Iguazu from getting behind. After 60th play minutes Boleslaw Zielinski shot 9-0, a short shot which went by Bonifacio Aurre and just under the crossbar into goal. Bonifacio Aurre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boleslaw Zielinski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the game, Lyons's Boleslaw Zielinski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bonifacio Aurre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. A collision led to Deportivo Iguazu getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Jimeno Ilixo hit a great ball. In the 69th minute Dariusz Roano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bonifacio Aurre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Dariusz Roano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bonifacio Aurre was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Nicasio Corderall made in the 73rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Dalmacio Ponc however managed to control. In the 75th minute Jimeno Ilixo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisito Quinten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dariusz Roano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bonifacio Aurre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Roano in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Dariusz Roano notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Deportivo Iguazu's Bonifacio Aurre. Bonifacio Aurre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Clodoveo Harri kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Dariusz Roano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bonifacio Aurre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Bonifacio Aurre came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Lyons's Dariusz Roano. But to his dismay, Dariusz Roano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. 92 minutes into the match, Deportivo Iguazu's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Roano came free, but Bonifacio Aurre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Deportivo Iguazu defense, Dariusz Roano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bonifacio Aurre. The Deportivo Iguazu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bonifacio Aurre should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Lyons players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
