After some careless play in the Schoonbron defense, 董夕骏 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fábio Proença. The Schoonbron fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fábio Proença should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute, 董夕骏 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fábio Proença was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Schoonbron's zone, Damien Bakker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fábio Proença came out of the goal and Damien Bakker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 董夕骏 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Schoonbron's Reinier Valk got a free kick in the 28th minute. Billy Ottenhof took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rafa Lojewski. ZHEJIANG FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 34 played minutes Schoonbron got a freekick which was hit by Reinier Valk. 37 minutes into the match, 董夕骏 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fábio Proença. Schoonbron's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 董夕骏 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After a rather tough play, ZHEJIANG FC's Damien Bakker got a free kick in the 42nd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The audience was convinced that 董夕骏's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fábio Proença was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. 62 minutes into the match, Schoonbron's goal looked a bit too open when 董夕骏 came free, but Fábio Proença reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricki Dresager's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fábio Proença read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Schoonbron's Fábio Proença played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricki Dresager in the 78th minute of play. A collision led to Schoonbron getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Reinhard Hilhorst hit a great ball. Fábio Proença showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricki Dresager in the 81st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Ricki Dresager put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fábio Proença. Ricki Dresager scored 6-1 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fábio Proença, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Schoonbron booed when ZHEJIANG FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damien Bakker didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the game, ZHEJIANG FC's Ricki Dresager nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fábio Proença made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1.
